All ChloBo pieces are crafted using high-quality 925 sterling silver, gold plating, and rose gold plating. Many of our designs also feature semi-precious stones and are AnchorCert protected for sensitive skin.

How long does shipping take within the UK?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an express Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 1pm Monday through Thursday.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Does my jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, all ChloBo jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. Please retain your proof of purchase to validate the warranty.

How should I care for my ChloBo pieces?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, ideally in the original ChloBo pouch provided.

Can I track my order?
